Savory
Mix
1T Soy Sauce
1T Worchestershire Sauce
1T Tamarind Paste (find at Whole foods)
1T carrot juice (Bolthouse makes a good one found at Walmart/Whole Foods/Harps)
1.5 Tablespoons Distilled Vinegar
1.5t Valentina Hot Sauce
1/2C Fresh lime juice

Add all to container and shake to combine.
Traxler's
Red Beer
3oz Ultimate Beer Salsa
.5oz Lime Juice
.75oz Savory Mix
12oz Light Beer

Combine Beer Salsa, Lime, Savory Mix in a Tajin-rimmed glass. Swirl. Pour in beer. Enjoy!
Infused Vodka,
Corn & Cumin
2c cooked sweet corn
1Tbsp cumin seed
1 750ml bottle of Vodka
Pour into blender and blend on high for 1-2 minutes.
Fine strain and place back into bottle.
Traxler's
Bloody Salsa
1.5oz Corn and Cumin Infused Vodka*
.75oz Savory Mix**
.25oz Ancho Reyes Verde
3oz Ultimate Beer Salsa

Add all to shaker with ice and shake. Strain over fresh ice in desired glassware that has been rimmed with Tajin.
Options: Garnish with Elote en Vaso*** and a few tortilla chips.
